The LHS Story

LHS stands for Lift Heavy Sh#*t.  But it’s about more than weight on a bar. It’s the mental battles, the emotional weight, the days you show up when no one’s watching, and the strength it takes to keep going.

I started this brand in a season where I needed a spark. I’d been rebuilding my strength and confidence, and wanted something I could wear that reflected the mindset I was chasing. Shirts that reminded me I’m doing hard things, by His strength, and I’m proud of it. When I couldn’t find it on the racks, I created it.

Since 2012, I’ve been printing apparel and learning what makes a shirt feel like your go-to. Every LHS piece has been handpicked for quality, comfort, and longevity.  Because when you’re fighting battles in the gym or in life, your uniform matters.

Our values are simple:
